Level 1: Grievance Redressal Guidelines

  • Contact and register a complaint with customer care. Reach them through any of the aforementioned media.
  • Get a complaint reference number after filing the complaint.
  • An acknowledgement will be sent to you with the complaint reference number and details of issues filed with them. The acknowledgement would also give details about the estimated time and details to address and resolve the issue.
  • If one is not satisfied with the resolution provided, he/she may escalate the issue further in a proper manner.

If the issues are not resolved, or you found that the resolution is not appropriate, or for any other unsatisfactory outcome of your complaint, one can escalate the issue further to levels 2 to 4.

The following steps are to be followed here:

  • In case you still are unsatisfied with the response or haven't received any response within ten days of the escalation, write to the Chief Grievance Officer
