Steps to follow to buy an IFFCO Tokio health insurance plan are:
Step 1: Visit the website and select the Health Insurance Tab.
Step 2: Select the desired plan and select the "buy" option.
Step 3: Fill in the personal details like name, DOB, residential address, mobile number, etc.
Step 4: Click on 'Submit,' and the 'health insurance quote generator' will appear.
Step 5: Fill the required details in the available form and calculate the premium to be paid.
Step 6: Enter other personal details and the exiting medical history.
Step 7: The last step is to make the payment using a Credit/Debit card or net banking.
Step 8: Once the payment is made, a soft copy of the policy will be immediately sent to the email address, and a hard copy will be shortly posted to the residential address.

There are two ways in which the insured can file a claim:
Step 1: The insured needs to contact one of the nearby network hospitals given under the IFFCO Tokio Health Insurance Plan, and even for an unplanned hospitalization, he/she needs to inform the insurer 3 days prior admission into the hospital.
